LEFORME Atelier is a small independent business. All our products are handmade which means they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, but we'll do everything we can to make sure you're happy with your purchases.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We'll dispatch your order ASAP, usually within a day or two. Refer to our Shipping + Delivery page for estimates.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as you give notice within three days of placing the order and the product hasn't been shipped.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as the item is available and your order hasn't already been shipped.
Can I claim my money back if an item is damaged?
No, but we can ship a new one to you, free of charge.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Sorry, we're not able to offer returns at this time.
Can I hire your items for a shoot?
Absolutely! Please just get in touch.
Do you make custom orders or commissions?
Yes! In addition to our lighting designs, we offer bespoke light installations, artworks, accessories, and screen-printed items that can be commissioned to suit your specific needs. If you have something in mind, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
